Clear Blue with Fiesta Red Splatter. The progressive symphonic cinematic rock band with 13 multi-instrumentalists and vocalists. Modeled after the best styles and production techniques employed by the Electric Light Orchestra (Jeff Lynne), Alan Parsons Project (Alan Parsons and Eric Woolfson), The Buggles (Trevor Horn), Boston (Tom Scholz), and Foreigner (Mutt Lange) combined into a modern layered production style combining guitars, bass, keyboards, drums, occasional horns and a string section. Featuring original songs written and composed by band leader and keyboardist John W. Edwards, and a few classic covers of great 60s songs done in a new style and arrangement. This is the first vinyl offering from the band is actually their fifth album "Across The Cosmic Sea". The album features several YouTube/Spotify hits including "The Girl From Mars", "Nothing Can Go Wrong", "You Are In My Dreams Again" and "Open Up Your Heart". Twin guitars, a powerful bass, crisp drums, triple keyboards, a cello, a viola and two violins are blended with 3 male vocalists and 3 female vocalists to provide a unique and versatile music experience for the listener. Cover songs include Dave Clark Five's "Glad All Over" and Gerry & The Pacemakers' "Ferry Cross The Mersey". The songs range from synth-pop anthems to fully orchestrated edgy rock songs.
