Return and Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

MookyRecords  wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you find that you need to return an item, please review the complete details of our return policy below to determine if any special return conditions apply.

For DVDs, Blu-ray discs, HD-DVDs, Music, Books, Video Games, Fragrances and Fun Stuff items you may return your purchase within 30 days from the shipping date for a full refund or exchange, as long as the item is in its original unopened packaging. You are responsible for return shipping expenses unless you receive a damaged or defective item. Please refer to the information below for exceptions and specific policies concerning some product categories.

Product conditions should be new in the same packaging .

There is no restocking fee but customers will be responsible to cover actual return shipping cost .

When making a return, place the item in the box in which it arrived and send it back to us via USPS Parcel Post. For your convenience, please use the label on the back of your packing slip. Don't forget to include a brief note stating the reason for the return.

If you receive a defective item, please enclose a brief note stating the nature of the defect, and we will refund it promptly upon return. Please use the return label on the reverse side of the packing slip and send it back to us via USPS Parcel Post.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

 

Refund : We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. The refund to your original payment method will be made when your return is processed in our warehouse within 7 business days.
