Alex H is both an established artist and an up-and-comer in the world of progressive house. He's no stranger to fans of progressive house, and certainly no stranger to Dissident Music. With releases on labels like Silk, Enhanced, and Black Hole, Alex H is a man on the rise in 2023. We're excited to welcome him back to Dissident for this landmark release! "Sip Your Poison" first appeared on Dissident's Miami 2023 compilation, and now it sees a full release with three incredible remixes by two incredible remixers. Ranj Kaler is a UK-based producer and DJ known for his dynamic and energetic sound. With releases on Manual Music, Pro B Tech. Late Night Music, Capital Heaven, and of course DIssident, Kaler has established himself as a force to be reckoned with in the world of progressive house. After a run of successful breaks releases, his remix of "Sip Your Poison" returns to his house roots and adds a new level of intensity and drive to the original mix. Also included is a dub from Ranj: we think it's just the sort of twisted goodness you're looking for! Panayiotis Tassis is a Greek producer and DJ with a passion for lush soundscapes and emotive melodies. His music has been released on labels such as Soundgarden, Sudbeat, Ugenius, Cocoon, and yes, here at Dissident, where he is becoming a regular contributor to the ever-unfolding Dissident saga. His remix of "Sip Your Poison" takes the original into deeper and more introspective territory, with a focus on intricate sound design and textured melodies all coalescing over a deep and rumbling kick and bass.
