Working as a bounty hunter for the CIA, ex-military operative Jack Collins (Milo Gibson) is sent to London to help track down McKnight (Elliot Cowan), a rogue agent in the market for a nuclear warhead. The assignment leads Collins to a less-than-happy reunion with old pal Deighton (Joseph Millson), leader of his own private army and McKnight's hired muscle.
