2008 two CD reissue featuring both volumes of a Virgin's Tale, compilation of tracks culled from his mid '80s stay on the Virgin label. Marc Almond initially shot to fame in the early 1980s as one half of Synth duo Soft Cell, whose combination of drama and peep show sleaze set to an electronic beat gave them hits such as "Tainted Love", "Bedsitter", "Torch", "Say Hello Wave Goodbye", "Soul Inside", "What?" and the club hit "Memorabilia".
