Formed in 1971 in Baltimore, Maryland, Jimmy Briscoe And The Little Beavers pioneered the soul-disco sound under the tutelage of legendary producer, arranger and songwriter Paul Keyser, famous for his work with Stevie Wonder, The Chi-Lites and The Three Degrees, among others. Presented here is the group captured live in concert, performing many of their biggest hits including ?My Ebony Princess÷ and their famous cover of Frankie Lymon & the Teenagers' "Why Do Fools Fall in Love." All selections have been newly remastered.
