Consisting of Jim Edward Brown and his sisters Maxine and Bonnie, The Browns were for a time in the late 1950s one of the most popular country harmony groups. They took the sound of acts like The Delmore Brothers amongst others to a level of crossover success never dreamed of by the pioneers who came before them. This is Jasmine's second volume covering the original LPs by the country vocal group The Browns. The first volume covered the group's first four albums and here they have their next two LPs "Our Favorite Folk Songs" and "Sing Songs From The Little Brown Church Hymnal".
