Recorded from Oct. 2002 to March 2003 in Mother Maybelle's childhood home in Virginia. The songs here are a combination of Carter family classic and originals penned by June and are lovingly produced by John Carter Cash. Featuring liner notes from Rosanne Cash reflecting the memories of her step-mother and pay tribute to her influence on country music and it's history.
