Born in la Hague near Cherbourg and based in Rennes for 7 years, H?ron Cendr? builds a poetic world made of modular synthesizers and field recordings picked up in schools and other minimal lo-fi weirdness. The album 3-4 is a perfect example of this and is ½ a pure, minimal, chaotic, holy, cosmic, tender skill, somewhere between a movie soundtrack and a signal from outer-space ?. His influences include Terry Riley, Philippe Glass, Hiroshi Yoshimura, Fran?ois de Roubaix, Jean-Jacques Perrey and Pierre Bastien.
