Description
After successfully foiling the police van carjacking, Sean Lau (Aaron Kwok) was elevated to the Hong Kong commissioner's office, and rival Waise Lee (Tony Leung Ka-Fai) retired after learning of the role his son Joe (Eddie Peng) played in the crime.
