Original members Clarence Bassett, Deek DeBerry, Denzil Miller, Diane Jenkins and Gary Lamont de Berry Sr. Plus a host of special guest vocalists, combined to make some of the finest grooves on wax of all time. Originall released in 1972, the deep funk of "The Whole Groove" is complemented on the B side with vocalist Veedette Williams guesting on the horn-driven "The Whole Thing." This vintage funk classic is presented here newly remastered for this exclusive release.
