Description
How high is too high? Two 27 year old friends, Rami and Avishai, are about to find out. They've always kept their ambitions low and their lungs full of marijuana smoke, but two things threaten to derail their boring lives. First, they stumble into a chance to compete in the Jerusalem neighborhood soccer tournament on a team of "Bad News Bears" style losers. Then they run afoul of a local gangster and loan shark.
