Who is Dee? Imagine Beck meeting Prince and Gorillaz on a dance floor! From Niagara Falls to Whistler, singer/composer/multi-instrumentalist/DJ/producer Dee moved to Montreal where he became the leader of the band the Urbanauts ("best pop artist" at the Montreal Independent Music Awards (MIMI) and "best new face" of 2000 in the Montreal newsweekly Voir. Going solo in 2001, Dee have since been seen on stages in Quebec and Ontario (North By Northeast, Canadian Music Week, Montreal Jazz Fest, Caf? Campus, Cabaret Music Hall, La Tulipe, the CHOM l'Esprit final contest...) and Dee's catchy pop songs have already been featured in films (5 songs in "Horloge Biologique"/ Dodging the Clock), commercial campaigns (Archambault Zik) and in more than 15 US TV Series including Grey's Anatomy (ABC), One Tree Hill (WB), Punk'd (MTV) and Tru Calling (FOX). Dee has also remixed a track on Jean-Pierre Ferland's "Jaune 2005".
