The great Cuban pianist and bandleader Pepe Delgado recorded the album presented here in Miami in 1968 with his top-notch orchestra and featured vocalist Sidney Reyes. This rare classic proves that great Cuban music was being produced in Miami as far back as the 1960's, years after the US embargo of 1959 caused a steady stream of Cuban immigrants to migrate to South Florida. All selections newly remastered.
