Description
CD reissue. Brother Juke Box is a 1976 solo album by Don Everley, of the Everley Brothers, released during the ten year estrangement between him and his brother Phil. Sharon Corder writes: "Why have I only just now discovered this fabulous album? While I liked the Everly Brothers, I always found myself listening for Don's voice. This album is all Don and every track is just perfect. It's so beautiful I cried almost the whole way through. He sang it so beautifully, and even the two tracks that had previously been recorded by the Everly Brothers couldn't compare to these solo versions. I was bawling like a baby by the end when he sang "Turn the Memories Loose Again", written by him (as were several others), sounding heartfelt and autobiographical."
