Description
A fool There Was - A vicious woman who delights in destroying privileged men targets a wealthy lawyer and statesman traveling abroad. Soon he is helpless under her wicked spell and forsakes his job, reputation and even his family. The Unchastened Woman- Caroline Knollys learns she is expecting but discovers her husband, Hubert, in the arms of his secretary so instead of sharing her news she immediately departs for Europe. There she has her child in secret and during her stay becomes a celebrated society darling. When she returns she is prepared for the war of reclaiming her husband's attentions.
