Description
With 48 hours' shore leave, sailor Sonny Phyffe (Dennis O'Keefe) wanted to make the most of it by wedding well-off fianc?e Janie Prescott (Martha Scott). As the Prescott family fortune takes that moment to nose-dive, however, Sonny turns to his grifter dad Hector (Adolphe Menjou) to help the new in-laws recoup-with increasingly cockeyed results.
