Legalization of Marijuana is a hot topic in the US. California's Proposal 18 aims to tax the sale of Marijuana and legalize adult use in the state. Three other states are calling for legalization this year and currently, Marijuana is decriminalized and available for medical use in 15 states across the country. California music groups Slightly Stoopid and Cypress Hill have taken to the road with the "Legalize It 2010" tour to commemorate this historic season.
