Recorded in 1984, Hungarian Folk Music features songs from the ethnically Hungarian region of Transylvania in northern Romania. Song selections highlight examples of toe-tapping dance tunes, wedding songs, and a unique vocal recording sung in both Hungarian and Romanian. The liner notes, written by Laszl Kozak, contain photographs as well as detailed explanations of his trip to Hungary and notes on the selections.
