The fifth volume features "Jail House Blues" by Crying Sam Collins and 15 other classic blues songs by other great blues sings including Blind Blake, Blind Lemon Jefferson, Ida Cox, Texas Alexander, Ma Rainey, Rube Lacey and others. This CD was packaged with the 2008 "Classic Blues Artwork from the 1920s Calendar" (BIM #208) which reproduced the artwork promoting these songs when they were first released. On the inside booklet you'll find miniature reproductions of each of the original ads. They are all part of a massive find of original 1920's Blues artwork, much of which had never been seen before.
