Kalapana are a legendary Hawaiian Super Group that have been together for over 40 years and, up until now, their albums have been out of print and hard to find. In 2018, Manifesto Records released the Box Set, Kalapana The Original Album Collection that contained the first 7 original Kalapana albums. This box set won a Na Hoku Hanohano Award, the Hawaaian equivalent of a Grammy Award, for Anthology of the Year. Now all 7 original Kalapana titles will be available individually. 3 of these albums; Many Classic Moments Original Soundtrack, In Concert and Northbound have never been available before in the United States. Kalapana are legends in the Hawaiian Islands and continue to perform in Hawaii and on the mainland of the US as well as in Japan and the Philippines. The rest of the world will now get to experience the legendary music that the Hawaiians have known about for over 40 years.
