With a career that started in the late 1920's, Krupa became the first drummer inducted into the Modern Drummer Hall of Fame. Presented here are among his most memorable recordings as a big band leader featuring "Drum Boogie," Krupa's signature tune co-written with trumpeter Roy Eldrige; "Disc Jockey Jump" written with saxophonist Gerry Mulligan and many more.
