Description
For their sixth album 'Almost Happy' the Belgian folk-rock group travelled to Wiltshire in the United Kingdom to record at Peter Gabriel's Real World studios. 'Almost Happy' finds Sarah and Gert Bettens in fine form. Sounding relaxed and unhurried, the songs are mostly reflective in nature. The opening track is the up-tempo "Another Year", which leads into other outstanding tunes like "Almost Happy", "My Head", "Somewhere" and "Always Everywhere" (the last two are both fun). With "All" as final track the album ends with one of it's finest songs. The album spawned three singles: "Almost Happy", "Busy" and "Another Year".
