Vienna-based Latin electronic-flamenco fusion duo Madrid de Los Austria's represent the creative partnership of Heinz Tronigger, founder of the Sunshine Enterprises label / collective and Michael 'Pogo' Kreiner, one of Austria's most in-demand instrumentalists as well as being an actor and producer for the likes of Frankie Valentine. With their profile initially being raised through releases such as 1999's 'Sport EP' and their remix alongside Richard Dorfmeister of Willie Bobo's jazz classic 'Spanish Grease' for Verve's 'Verve: Remixed' collection, this second album from Madrid de Los Austria's 'Mas Amor' acts as a follow-up to their debut 'Amor' and shows the Viennese duo fashioning a smooth fusion of flamenco, nu-jazz, down tempo and break beat elements to create a fluid Latin-electronic hybrid that sits somewhere between the Gotan Project and Jazzanova BMG. 2005.
