The Way is the follow up to 2000's One, which was one of the most acclaimed albums that year. Ian's main instrument is the bass guitar, which takes the lead on three instrumentals, but as before, the album is a showcase for lead vocalists old and new. On 'Brother' he features Gavin Christopher, while newcomer Robin McKelle shines on 'Movin' On' - destined to be one of this year's biggest soulful dance tracks.
