'In December 2001, I had already started planning my second solo CD Hubi Meisel - 'EmOcean', which should become much more progressive again. The album title 'EmOcean' suggested itself to me all of a sudden, and I immediately saw pictures of an enchanting underwater world in my mind. It was quite clear that it would become a concept album - inspired by nothing but my dreams.
