Description
Ex-country singer Jane (Ren?e Zellweger) has been confined to a wheelchair since the auto accident that also killed her husband and forced her to give up her infant son for adoption. She agrees to go with her friend Joey (Forest Whitaker), a former mental patient who talks to his dead family's spirits, on a road trip to New Orleans, unaware that Joey plans to reunite Jane with her son.
