Description
The series featured stories about extramarital affairs, unwed teen pregnancies, family betrayals, mental illness, and even murder lurking behind the storybook facade of a picture-perfect, centuries-old New England village and it's citizens. The widow Constance MacKenzie (Dorothy Malone), her innocent daughter Allison (Mia Farrow), the wealthy but troubled Rodney Harrington (Ryan O'Neal), and others are revealed to be much more than they initially appear in these first 31 episodes.
