Description
After World War II, news of her brother-in-law's death brings Australian nurse Sarah Adams (Marta Dusseldorp) back to New South Wales to look after her estranged mother. During her sea voyage home, Sarah bonds with widower George Bligh (Brett Climo) and his daughter (Abby Earl)-a development that disturbs George's protective mother (Noni Hazlehurst), who then conspires to keep them apart.
