Heard here for the first time in a trio setting, he shows a more aggressive side but still manages to serve up a tasty concoction consisting of jazz tinged with his trademark blues/funk overtones. Features great standards like "Love For Sale" & "Body & Soul." He's joined by bassist Dave Pellow & percussionist Cecil Brooks III.
