'Purpose' was arguably the trio's most ambitious work since their genre-spanning debut. In fact, this EP was the exact opposite of genre-spanning, focusing exclusively on pure, unadulterated drum and bass music. And it's all the better for it. Originally released on a ridiculously expensive 4LP set in 2014, then repressed on white vinyl double 12' in 2017, this seminal D&B release sees a 2024 repress on double black vinyl.
