EU reissue of the 2002 debut EP from the alt-rock duo. Every song here is played in B-flat minor, the tracks are no longer than three minutes long and they only contain three chords. Surprisingly enough, it works! Sune Rose Wagner and Sharin Foo produced a phenomenal and daring album. The Raveonettes became known and respected for staying true to their overall love for '50s/'60s rock and the manner they translate that love into their music. Their 'noise-pop' is influenced by for example The Velvet Underground and The Jesus and Mary Chain, however The Raveonettes have always refused to be categorized in genre and remain unique in it's kind, still. This edition of 'Whip It On' includes the uncensored video of 'Attack of the Ghost Riders'.
