Description
Set in South Philadelphia, A Rose on Ninth Street, deals with police corruption, crime, loyalty, drugs, romance, love, forgiveness, and redemption. Bob OConner is faced with the biggest decision of his life when he falls in love with the beautiful daughter of his bosss enemy.
