Description
CD reissue. This is the second album by legendary singer/songwriter Tom Rush. Who is perhaps best known for having written the standard 'Nop Regrets' which became a massive worldwide hit for the Walker Brothers. This was recorded in an acoustic 1963 session, from Rush's Cambridge folk/blues days. Much of this is White acoustic revival blues, but there are detours on selections like Merle Travis's "Nine Pound Hammer," and Rush's own "Duncan and Brady," and the instrumental "Mole's Moan," which was written by Maria Muldaur.
