2008 album from the former member of Soft Machine and current member of Fairport Convention. A highly respected Jazz musician, Ric Sanders joined Fairport in 1985 as their solo virtuosi fiddle player following in the steps of the legendary Dave Swarbrick. He has now been a member longer than Dave and has built up a reputation amongst fans and critics alike as one of the worlds' top virtuosi fiddle players. This album features guest performances from Ian Anderson, Gordon Giltrap, John Etheridge, the entire line-up of Fairport Convention and many more. The album includes Fairport classics such as 'Port Merion' but draws on his wide range of playing right across the full spectrum of the music industry.
