Description
San Francisco laundry man Eddie Miller (Arthur Franz) was plagued by deep-seated anger against women, and the authorities turned a blind eye when his rage resulted in self-harm. As he then turned to shooting down victims who'd snubbed his advances, he sent a written plea to the cops to stop his spree-and their quest to catch him fuels this gritty effort. Edward Dmytryk's first post-blacklist directing assignment co-stars Adolphe Menjou, Gerald Mohr, Marie Windsor, Richard Kiley. 88 min.
