The Sound Ex formed in 2003 and, inspired by music ranging from Stax to Shellac, Sun Records to the Sonics, Led Zeppelin to Hot Snakes, their music is a 21st Century amalgamation of the fast and furious sound of Punk Rock and Soul, with a side order of Dirty Blues and Gospel. Recorded over a four week period at Sawmills Studios with Paul Reeve (Muse, Supergrass) handling production duties, this album could be the savior of British Rock 'N' Roll. Demolition.
