Ever since 1943, the collaboration of this magical team created Oklahoma, Carousel, State Fair, Allegro, South Pacific, the King & I, Me and Juliet, Pipe Dream, Cinderella, and Flower Drum Song. The Australian production of the Sound of Music opened and recorded at Melbourne's Princess Theatre in 1961 and ran for three years with a cast headed by the talented Australian soprano June Bronhill.
