In that same year, Lip's released their second single 'Splendid Love'. The song was a masterpiece and was a prestigious song among various idol pop songs. Music is by Masayuki Kishi, known for hits such as Yoko Minamino's 'Hanashi kake takatta' and Mariko Watanabe's 'Marina no Natsu', and the arrangement is by Nobuyuki Shimizu, who worked on arrangements for Taeko Onuki, EPO, Senri Oe and many other famous musicians. Flowing strings synthesizer, tight rhythms, brass section, and the saxophone from the interludes are interesting to focus and listen to.
