The US Metal band Thrust are a legend, one of the first metal bands from Chicago. With their 1984 debut album "Fist Held High" and songs like thetitle track "First Held High" or the underground anthem "Posers Will Die", they gained a legend status. Two years after their comeback album comes "The Helm Of Awe". Thrust remain true to itself. Classic US Heavy Metal, catchy and distinctive, often melodic, is brought up here. Thrust is the Real Deal. If classical metal continues making a comeback, it's up to bands like Thrust.
