Description
A former Korean War pilot, riddled with guilt over comrades that never returned, bets all he has on a racehorse that ends up throwing his jockey who dies. He loses everything, as well as the means to help a former war buddy. So he reluctantly accepts a job flying contraband for a smuggler... that is, until he finds out the contraband is really narcotics.
