Trance - Break Out - In the early 80s, the Palatine formation was one of the most hopeful hard rock/metal bands from Germany. The band was founded in 1977, at that time still under the name Age, before they renamed themselves Trance. The debut "Break Out" was dismissed by many as a Scorpions copy, somewhat unjustly, if you look at this in retrospect. "Break Out" was already something like a breakthrough album for Trance, which brought the band many gigs with well-known artists like Warlock, Raven or Accept. "Loser" advanced to something like an underground hit and let the name Trance become known. - Trance - Break Out
