2015 release. Randolph Tressler is a vocalist, guitarist and pianist, who lives mainly in Chicago and works with tenor saxophonists Lin Halliday, Ron Dewar, singer Kurt Elling, and Sun Ra drummer Robert Barry. He plays regularly at Andy's Jazz Club and at Katerina's, and has toured the British Isles, performing at Edinburgh and Glasgow Jazz Festivals, on BBC Radio, and recorded three CDs for Hep Records. Tressler remains a sought after accompanist for such Chicago-based vocalists Frank D'Rone, Kimberly Gordon, Elaine Dame, Francine Griffin and blues guitarist Dave Spector. Tressler divides his time between Chicago and Nice, France, where he has performed with saxophonist Sebastien Chaumont, bassist Marc Peillon, and guitar great, Art Johnson.
