Description
Larry Semon fulfills his ambition to direct this much beloved fantasy tale. However he cannot leave behind his slapstick comedic roots. The land of Oz is suffering in the iron grip of Prime Minister Kruel, yet the people, guided by the vitreous Prince Kind, wait hopefully for the return Princess Dorothy, the heir to the throne. Dorothy (Dorothy Dwan) of course is living a simple life in Kansas until the storied tornado lifts her, along with her uncle and some farmhands to Oz.
