Wyler,Megan Through The Noise CD

2013 debut album from Indie Folk artist Megan Wyler. Following on from her debut single of the same name and follow up, 'The Fraying', which had a super dark dance floor remix courtesy of electronic legend Matthew Herbert, the album let's Megan spread her musical wings wider and gives her the time to really explore her sound. The albums journey began with the release of the title track and it's theme of finding a pathway through fractured relationships, 'that inability to get past the white noise that happens when there's two extreme positions.' Extreme positions are a recurring theme in Megan's background, Growing up, music was the one constant in her life, from the music her parents played in their many long car journeys to discovering the early recordings of Robert Pollard that you could barely hear due to their lo-fidelity, 4-track origins.
