A wonderfully dramatic showman, Tail Dragger also possesses one of the most authentic and distinct Chicago Blues voices ever. In 1998, his 'American People' (DMK #728) was described as 'tour de force Chicago Blues' by Art Tipaldi in Blues Revue.

This DVD shows footage of Mississippi Heat's live performance at Rosa' Lounge in Chicago. The group features bandleader and composer Pierre Lacocque, Inetta Visor, vocals; Lurrie Bell, vocal/guitar; Max Valldeneu, guitar; Chris 'Hambone' Cameron.

Blues harmonica legend Carey Bell created his own style after learning from the masters Big Walter Horton, Little Walter Jacobs and Sonny Boy Williamson II. Bell is a veteran of both Muddy Waters' and Willie Dixon's bands.

This Blues/Jazz supergroup includes Jay Geils, Duke Robillard and Gerry Beaudoin and includes 4 extended versions of compositions from the critically acclaimed "New Guitar Summit" studio album. They perform live on this DVD.
